Merger with Commerzbank – We’re now joining forces online
As you will know from media reports, on 31 August of last year Allianz and Commerzbank signed an agreement for the takeover of Dresdner Bank by Commerzbank. Since 12 January of this year, Dresdner Bank Luxembourg S.A. has been a part of the Commerzbank Group.
